I spent most of my twenties sick and hopeless. I had 130 rotating symptoms, was newly married and bedbound. Doctors who could not name what was happening to me. My body felt like a stranger.
I found out I was dealing with Lyme, black mold, and a nervous system stuck on this broadcast: danger, danger, danger.
I tried everything, including dozens of protocols, allllll the supplements, infrared saunas, coffee enemas, AIP diet, the detoxes. Some of it helped, but none of it healed me.
What finally moved the needle was something nobody had handed me in a clinical setting. Nervous system retraining. Somatic work. Neuroplasticity. EMDR. IFS. Learning that my body was not broken, it was tuned to a frequency I had never been taught how to change.
Today I’m 99 percent recovered. I lift six days a week. I run a marketing agency, a nonprofit, and an app. And I built everything I build now from one belief: healing is a frequency, and you can change yours.
