Throughout the years, I’ve earned a reputation for being one of the best content marketing and education consultants in the health and wellness industry. 

I've been through my own journey with healing from Lyme disease, black mold poisoning, Babesia, Bartonella, POTS, MCAS, leaky gut, mitochondrial dysfunction, neurological conditions, and more. I lost my ability to walk at the age of 28 and spent over two years bedbound.

I've extensively studied healing all aspects of chronic illness, including limbic system retraining, mindset, DNRS, Emotional Freedom Technique, The Overview Method, muscle testing, parasite cleansing, supporting drainage pathways, detoxing, chelating heavy metals, and much more.

Now, I'm healthier than ever. When I'm not writing content or creating marketing strategies, you can find me taking a spinning class or running bootcamp on the Peloton app, meal prepping paleo foods, taking solo road trips to the beach with my dog, hosting dinner parties, buying more houseplants, or binging The Home Edit on Netflix and organizing my closets.
